Good morning sir,

I am contacting you because of the bad service that me and my family is receiving from your firm, WIFI constantly goes out, every time we call," there is a line down".
We pay a lot for your firm service, if we don't pay, we get disconnected, but when Spectrum does not honor their responsibility, nothing happens, we do not get a refund. I am a veteran trying to enjoy the comfort of my home, but the lack of proper general services makes it worse. Spectrum has been giving bad service to this military area since day 1. I am totally disappointed, it appears money is the only important thing. I wil not continue with this substandard service. Leon Ricks
