Hello Mr. Rutledge,
I have been using Spectrum for some years now and have found your employees to be of great help and kind communicators whenever I have had a problem with my cable. I know that the cost is very expensive for me especially since I am on a fixed income. I still have stayed with your company because of your customer service. I received my bill in the mail and have now a new increase in the cost of doing business with your company. I am so surprised to see this increase as we are struggling through this difficult time. I have lost my job as many in this country have and you and your people see fit to add more to the already high cost of doing business with you. How do you really align yourself with adding to our burden when we are all asked to stay indoors and most of us depend on more television to keep occupied? I would ask that you would reconsider adding to my bill while I am struggling to pay for it as is. I thank you for taking time to read this and ponder your decisions. I pray you have a wonderful day and wish you all the best as you go forward.
