Hello Mr. Rutledge,
My name is Linda Anderson-West and I have a serious issue that needs you or your legal department immediate attention.
The Spectrum Technician/Contractor that was sent to my home to install my internet from your company on 2/6/2020 at approximately 12:04 pm robbed me. I have contacted customer service and I have filed a police report. The technician corroborated my report but stated he did not steal the funds. I just moved to TX from RI on 01/28/2020 and have had absolutely no company in my home except for the contractor that Spectrum sent.
The funds he stole were my transportation, cell phone, and partial rent. I am scheduled to start a new job on 2/24/2020 and am unable to get there due to Spectrum not fully and carefully verifying the background and characters of their technicians/contractors. This type of negligence shows that Spectrum does not care about the safety of its female customers.
I request an immediate email or phone call to rectify this situation.
