We have been long term customers of Spectrum. Unfortunately, I am writing to you because I believe that you would want to know when your service is not meeting your customer's expectations.
Last week when I called to add TV service, the sales representative sold me a new mobile account telling me it would be $14.50 per month for the service and $150 for the phone ( I just needed the basic phone for calls and texts nothing else. However, when I went to activate it the paperwork said it was $399.
As a result, I have canceled the service and have been trying to get a return label to ship the phone back. However, It took a total of 2 hours on the phone in three different calls and transfers to over 6 people before I was finally transferred to Kayla in the returns department. She was finally able to help me and send me a label.
Needless to say, my frustration was at an all-time high. This should never happen. I am so disappointed and am now considering leaving Spectrum at our home and office.
