Hi, I am a spectrum customer. Your company added services and fees to my bill I did not request (I dont do TV and am already paying for phone) . Your "customer service" when one finally gets through, can ONLY SELL me more things but no nothing to rectify the over charge or added redundant services. I am waiting over an HOUR on retention phone because why there is no CALL BACK FEATURE is lame and infuriating. REALLY NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE DIFFICULTY IN RECTIFYING THESE OVERCHARGES,.
