My name is Lorne Galloway a frustrated customer of spectrum. For three months now I've called in to your company about a main cable line on the power line that's four feet off the ground. They make empty promises to fix and when ask' what they are willing to do for my time' they offer me a 10 credit. We walked away from Spectrum after 29 yrs of service. Came back and now this. Its so sad.
