Hi my son moved in with a roomate last August. He got Spectrum like we have. He is not used to looking at bills and just pays them but they signed him up for a phone line they dont have only 1 box and a package that was not what they talked about. They need to alter the package and pay him back the difference from August. His roomate moved out a month ago.
