I need your help with a billing issue. I keep getting the run around from your employees. Just received 8/2020 for the first time ever - a bill for service that ended in 4/2018. Since receiving it I have called 3 times to have your folks determine where equipment from mom with dementia might be. Your folks say every time that they have submitted the claim to the wrong department and they resubmit the request. This has happened twice. I am very disappointed with your company and the treatment we are receiving. This is an issue that can be settled very quickly. Please have someone with power and with excellent troubleshooting ability contact me. I would like a quick resolution.
