I am sending this to you to let you know that some of the rules they say they have to follow here in Great Falls Mt are so terrible I can't think of any company that does that to people. I allowed my son to pay his bill with my debit card and told that man on the phone it was a one time use only. Well they have did this to me 2 more times and overdrew my account. I live on 744.00 per month and they cost me 185.00 and told me it was my problem not there how cruel this place is and I will make sure people know this happened to me and my disabled husband who is a war vet
