I am writing to tell you how unhappy I am with your pricing discrepancies regarding cable TV. I have called customer service on four different occasions over the last few months asking for an adjustment based on what others are paying for their service. We are paying $72.49 for Basic TV & Expanded Basic TV Services and $59.99 for Spectrum Internet. My mother is paying 69.97 and is able to view many channels that we can't. In this price, she also has her telephone. My son is paying $124.97 for the Triple Play Silver which includes a ton more than what we are getting and we are paying more. I can assure you my son and mother are not new to Spectrum Charter as they have had the services for many years at their homes. We have been with Charter ever since they came to town 30 years ago and continually hear of others getting price breaks when they call to disconnect their service. Is that what we need to do to get special pricing?
