I have a dispute with spectrum regarding cable at my summer home in Williams Bay, Wi. The dispute is over $150 (long story). Rather than accept my request for a waiver Spectrum has accepted my cancellation of the cable product, not only losing a long time customer but approximately $!800 per year in revenue. This makes no sense to me and therefore I bring this to your attention and request a second opinion of the situation.
