I it because spectrum supposedly gave away computers to children and now I have to pay for them? It just seems that everyone else is helping people with bills, but spectrum is helping themselves. You all made it cheaper for new people to join spectrum, but people who have been with you for awhile get price going up. It seems that we don't matter and if that what your company feel about us. Then it might be a time to look elsewhere.
