I have had email connection problems with "Apple Mail" and "Spark". I have researched your FAQ's extensively and tried every variation of account creations all of which have failed. This has been going on for over a year. There are periods of time where things work and then all of a sudden nothing. I have called and spoke with your "technical support" and typically I'm told I need to talk to Apple or Spark. The latest excuse is "We are having some technical issues and connections have been temporarily interrupted". That line has been handed to me for the last month. So while I am able to connect through the WEB, it is not a user friendly program and not my preferred application. What is most frustrating is being told that Spectrum is having technical problems. So for weeks on end I am supposed to believe that you can't service your customers because of a technical problem. If that were true, you should be out of business!
