I have Spectrum cable (TV & Inetrnet). Excellent produce with one MAJOR fault. I use roadrunner email. Email web interface from TWC had near instantaneous response time but has been discontinued. Please direct yourpeople to fix the Spectrum email interface and also install effective SPAM filters as effective as those that TWC has. I have reported these issues several times and nothing happens.
