I just got my bill and it has continued to go up. I am a single mom of three boys, trying to raise them and keep my job. The bill being $200 a month now as of this month is too much. No one is willing to offer a promotion from your company and have stated they would like to lose my business over this. But yet everyone around me that just went to work from home is getting free internet for 2 months. I am simply asking for the bill to be relowered to the rate it was last month and stay there. If that's still not something your company wants to do, then I will do what is necessary once COVID 19 restrictions are lifted.
