I moved to my purchased home 2 months ago. I was told the box was bad to get a new one. Before I took the old box, I was told it had been fixed; however, the recorded shows freeze up the first minute. I then got a new box, and I get no TV programming, only "limited mode." I keep paying Spectrum but I do get limited cable service!
