I phoned mobile customer service today about linking my mobile account to my spectrum internet account. I was transferred to billing for my internet account very quickly by the mobile billing rep telling me they have to handle this. I was then told by internet billing that mobile billing needs to handle this. I asked to speak to a supervisor. This supervisor told me this also needs to be handled by mobile billing. He then proceeded to hang up on me.
