I really don't understand how your company does business. I wrote you last week about starting a new service with Spectrum.
So far there has been 4 appointments, and each time the appointments have been canceled, due to the fact you could not port over my old phone number.
So finally an appointment was set up today between 9 & 10 am to the 26th, of February, 2019 Your man came here and we stopped him at the door asking him what phone number did he have (since we had to cancel the last 3 service installs), and he said he had our old phone number.
So we thought all was fine and the bundle would be put in with no problem.
Not so, the TV was installed fine and the internet was installed fine as well, but the phone became a problem again. I was told that Frontier (who has our service now for phone and internet) would not release the number.
I was told from the 18th, by your rep. (and a gal from your office) the port over would not be any problem by the 26th of February.
So here is what I was told “ TV fine, internet fine, but our phone number is still the old one but still with Frontier.
The soonest you can port over the number is the 5th of March. That is no good, my contract with Frontier will end March 3rd, 2019 and the Renewal with Frontier will start March 1st, 2019
I don't want to pay for two services, and I would rather be all the way with Spectrum, and not split into.
I would not only be paying for phone with Frontier, but internet as well, so I will be paying double on the internet, because the phone and internet with Frontier was a bundle deal.
Here is the problem: my husband and I are both disables and have a lot of doctors, and to change the phone number would really be a problem. We would really like to kept the old phone number.
But my husband was so upset with all of this, he said if you can't get us what you said you would, then change the phone number, But we need this done before Friday March 1st when the Renewal with Frontier goes into effect, otherwise I will have to cancel the bundle with you, and just go for the TV service only, and stay with Frontier on the phone and internet.
Please can you help me out.
