@CharterNewsroom – Thomas Rutledge – I removed my Spectrum equipment on 2/3/2020. On Monday at 8 AM Cincinnati Bell installed

John Bowers sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:

I removed my Spectrum equipment on 2/3/2020. On Monday at 8 AM Cincinnati Bell installed their fiberoptic service.
On 2/5 I returned the equipment to my local Spectrum office once I was sure my new service worked. I did not pay my 2/3 thur 3/2 bill of $115.63. I have called 2/11, 3/25, 3/29,3/30, 3 times on 4/1 and today 4/28. Each time I was put on hold and held for 30+ minutes each time before hanging up. Twice I tried to leave messages for someone to call me. My account was turned over to MRS for collection. I called them today and explained that I was not going to pay for a month's service that I did not use. They said call Spectrum 888-892-2253. I did and was told wait time was 32 minutes.
I resent my account being placed for collection !
I've more than done my part to correct this misunderstanding. Spectrum customer service is horrendous. Who can hold on a call for 30+ minutes each and everytime you call customer service?

I expect:
1. Someone to call me to say this issue has been resolved 859-802-3410
2. Ensure my credit score is not negatively effected.

Sincerely
John Bowers
