i requested to order home internet for my home and possible a business to be install at my resident . called customer services and was told that the Lake Alfred FL 33850 area there is spectrum coverage area but my house is not because there is only 6 houses in my street and services stops 1000 feet from my house due to being a rural area. I'm very disappointed about this because its time that i think for 1000 feet why cant we have the your services. i feel this is a form of discrimination and not provide the customer services that we need . i have talked to my neighbors and they mentioned that they will love to have spectrum service in there home. so i have sent you this message to see if you can help.
