I was told when I purchased Spectrum over a year ago that you were going to offer multi room dvr in 2019 and here it is 2020 and you are still in the 20th century, every other company AT&T, Comcast, Xfinity, Dish, Direct and Frontier have been offering that service for years and here you are still offering the same stuff with no advancements but still raising prices.
