I was tricked by dishonest salesman. I only wanted internet. Was offered and accepted a package deal without knowing it.
The internet price was a bundle price when I was told very plainly the tv part was FREE FOR A MONTH, just return the box after 30 days, no charge. This dishonest salesman sold me the whole premium package including a home phone of some kind. ...I hate television, it’s full of sex, violence, hate, drugs, lies, demonology etc. Sin. I’ve barely used it. I will never use a home phone either, I have no need for it.
Now after receiving a $180 bill, I went to the Spectrum store and was told they could do nothing for me, it was a package deal that can’t be undone and that the internet price would double when I try to turn this crap in.
You people and your sales team are dishonest and take advantage of old people who don’t know any better.
Your company should have to do the right thing and honor the internet price I was actually sold and take all this other mess back at no charge.

I intend to go to the highest supervisors I can reach and cause the biggest stink I can before this is over, internally and publicly.

Sincerely,
Scott Moore
