I would like to know how your internet issues are handled for spectrum cable and internet. Iâve been having intermittent outages for multiple weeks, with no solutions.
I have had my equipment switched out, with your techs stating that the numbers of the equipment that was previously installed were not correct, so they exchanged the equipment.
I am still having intermittent connection issues still to this day.
If possible, I would like to know what remedies you have to address this issue, being that I am paying for services that I am not getting, nor are satisfied with.
