I'm a small business owner of a Bar and Grill, which was mandated to close due to the Coronavirus, I've called Spectrum to suspend services until this is over but was told I must pay the existing bill in full in order to suspend service, and told there still is a small fee if I do suspend service! I cannot afford to pay the outstanding bill right now in order to suspend service! I also asked if I cancel my service right now in order to reconnect id have to pay another fee in order to reconnect! these options are not good for people like me in times like this! I would appreciate if these things would be waived so I do not owe a multi million dollar company more money! so I ask you kindly if there is anything you can do for me as a small business owner? if not I will be canceling service for good! Thank you
