Just a "shout-out" about one of your employees at the Vestal, NY office. His name is Jonas Whatley who helped us tremendously when we were choosing a mobile service. He allowed us to text him even when he was home with questions/concerns. He also offered to meet us at his office on his day off to help us. In this day and age when most people complain about service they receive, we would like to commend this employee for going "above and beyond" to help customers.
