Just received notice that my rates are going up effective next statement. Besides the increase in TV service, you are raising internet rates by $ 30.00 per month. How on earth do you justify a 185% increase? I have no issues with your internet service but a 185% increase is absolutely obscene. As for your TV service it is antiquated and has not been updated since I started your service. I know, being the only provider in an area probably gives you the attitude to not invest in new technology, but you will start loosing customers if you do nothing but raise rates. I'm very disappointed in Spectrum attitude towards their customers.
