Mr Rutledge, I am a Spectrum Business Account Holder using Teleworker, an old Time-Warner System. I visited your Spectrum Business website today, read my options to upgrade, called the toll free number on the website, worked with a nice person who helped me select the Internet Ultra level account. Someone was supposed to reach out to me to make an appointment to set this up and install. Then I received a call back for the small to medium business department saying the person I dealt with was wrong and I have to call 855-281-1806 and ask for Sales on Monday. I was on hold for 45 minutes today, and when I asked a gentleman named Ryan (no last name provided but supposedly management) if he could have the Sales people call me Monday he said no I had to wait 45 minutes or an hour or whatever and not the Sales Dept. Needless to say I am frustrated. In addition to my Teleworker account we have an Spectrum Enterprise account but Ryan was unable to reach out to them. The "net" appears to be that the time of your Sales people seems to be more valuable than your customers, and that is troubling. Ryan said he does not work on Monday since he is working Saturday, but he was unwilling or unable to communicate with his counterpart in Small to Medium Business Sales and have then call me. Anything you or your assistants can do to help would be greatly appreciated.
