Elizabeth Prokay sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
Mr. Rutledge, I am writing as an extremely dissatisfied customer. I began my subscription with TWC over 15 years ago. I then switched to Spectrum within the last 5 years or so. I have had so MANY problems with your service, it truly has been more than frustrating. As a result, Today I terminated my services. Why should I continue to pay over $200/mo for poor service. That may not seem much to you, but as a retired disabled person, that's a lot. I was told I would have to pay for the entire month of March, even though today is only the 5th. Do you really think that's fair? I feel strongly that after being a dedicated customer for so long, I should be given some consideration...anyone should. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been completely dismissed and I don't take that very well. I hope you will take action. This is not how you treat people.
