James Hudaon sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
Mr Rutledge,
I wanted to bring to your attention the gross inadequacies of spectrum as a whole. Granted, I have only been a a member of the "Spectrum" family for a short while. Almost 3 years ago I was a dedicated member of Bright House communications and prior to that I was a Comcast Customer so with the exception of the past 3 years I have been a dedicated Cable subscriber. Recently I moved to Enterprise , Alabama. I was quite happy with having DISH network as My television provider, but due to circumstances beyond my control; i.e. trees in the way, I am unable to get a clear signal. As a result I had to switch back to cable and Spectrum was My only choice.
Since Oct. of this year, 2018. I have experienced nothing but issue, as I have most times I have chosen cable. My latest issue is the fact that I have faulty equipment. The cable receiver in my living room does not seem to work though the one in My upstairs bedroom seems to work just fine. I understand you are very likely a very busy man, but if you could find time to come to Enterprise, Al. to hear from your actual customers rather than rely on what numbers and data spreadsheets tell you.
Sincerely,
James Alan Hudson
