Spectrum...I just now talked to a manager, Camile, w/Spectrum and she's telling me there's nothing they can do...Given the time factor here, I don't understand that...I have been a customer with Spectrum/TW/etc, etc. and never changed for past years ...never having another company.....Cable/Internet/Landline and now Mobile.....I have referred many to Spectrum and have A-1 credit......I don't understand why Spectrum can't change this....nothing is ever in stone and this is not fair in my circumstance. Thank you for reading this and I'm hoping you will help me; I've been in the corporate world....I'm limited income now. Annette
