@CharterNewsroom – Thomas Rutledge – Mr. Rutledge: You were kind enough to get assistance when I changed me service address

Kathleen Haeny sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:

Mr. Rutledge: You were kind enough to get assistance when I changed me service address in February 2020. My telephone number was changed, without my authorization and, after about a week, the original number was restored.
I am now looking at an ongoing problem, that Spectrum keeps telling me is fixed. It is not fixed. The pictures on both of my TVs will break up and/or freeze. To restore it, I have to reboot the cable box. This is happening daily, sometimes 2-3 times a day. I had an appointment for a Spectrum rep to come out last night. But earlier in the day, I received a text, email and automated phone message that the problem was fixed. It is not fixed. Today, I'm again experiencing difficulty getting either TV to work due to the picture issue.
If there is any way you can help, again, I would appreciate it. I don't want a monetary credit for services outages. I only want the cable service I pay for to work everyday, not just occasionally. Thank you for whatever assistance you can give me.
