James Michael Carmack Jr. B.S. JPS, MSc/MSM sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
Mr. Rutledge,
I live in a relatively new community that has underground utilities instead of the conventional above ground telephone poles. There are currently 28 homes in my community that currently have to utilize either DirectTV or AT&T Uverse for the cable and internet needs. Our entire community is surrounded by homes that have Spectrum cable and internet. I inquired a year ago about when were they going to make our neighborhood serviceable and got nowhere. I just inquired again and got the same run around. At the bare minimum this neighborhood could generate $2,800 a month and could easily repay the infrastructure money spent to service it within a very short period of time. If there is anything that you could do to help us receive your company's services it would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
James M. Carmack
