I'll be brief. My wife and I lost our jobs due to the virus and as a result are having a difficult time paying our obligations.
I've attempted to contact your support team but that process is difficult at best. I tried your online chat support about extending my payment due date but was sent a "canned" virus position that didn't directly address my question. So , I'm asking for your policy on extending payments due. As I'm sure you're aware, your contemporaries ATT and Verizon are very clear and have extended due dates. My children need your service for school and I to look for employment.
I'm hopeful based on our countries position to close down the economy you can see my dilemma.
