I will make this short and to the point. Your kennewick Washington Spectrum office should all be sent back to training on how to deel with customer service. They are rude and have no professional value. I went in to just make a payment with not two but 5 customer service people standing around on cell phones texting and chatting with each other. One other person in the room waiting to be call and helped. After some time I had to ask is anyone here going to help us.

The person that was waiting said thank you I have been here for some time waiting. Again no one other person in the hold room but myself and the other customer. I was given durty looks and ask to check in and wait. One person came from the back room to ask me what can I help you with and sorry.

Again maybe someone from upper managment should visit the place and see the curent person in charge that is never around when I ask for them.
