My wife and I are disabled veterans on a fixed income and live in Florida. Your internet is the only internet available in my neighborhood. I have had Brighthouse/Spectrum for about 3 years paying for increased speeds. I currently pay for the 400mb download speeds. The service constantly drops out and I have nearly continuous buffering problems with both wired and wireless devises. Over the last 3 years I have made numerous calls to customer service and talked to managers there and had an abundance of techs come to try to fix it with their manager as well. I feel that I am being taken advantage of with this being my only choice for internet. They will come work on it, it will be fine for a few days and then go right back to the same problem. I have been wasting my money for 3 years and that especially hurts when you are on a fixed budget like we are. I even had my 11 year old son lose 7 pages of a report for school he was doing on google classroom because the internet went out. This is definitely unacceptable to me.

Can we PLEASE get this fixed!
