On December 2nd my husband and I went to our local Spectrum Mobile store to get him a new phone as his had broken. When we arrived he decided that I should get the new phone and he would take my old LG K30 that had been paid for when I purchased in August 2018. I purchased a new phone and all my information was transferred to my new phone. What should have been simple phone number swap turned into a nightmare. When we got home, I noticed my online bill was ready, when I checked it I found that I had been charged for my LG K30 again. When I went into the store my phone was paid off, when I left I was being charged again for this LG K30. I have called and called talked to numerous people in customer no service and gone back to the Spectrum store and still can't get this taken off my bill. Please help me with this because it seems no one else can.
