James Richardson sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
"On March 19, 2020 I paid $100 toward my $200 past due balance; then I got a text msg on Sunday 3/22 demanding the remaining $99.45 to avoid interruption of service. I text back and said I could pay the balance on the 29th. Now I get a call today 3/23 threatening to stop my service if I do not pay the past due balance. Why am I being harassed?
My job is shut down due to coronavirus and I got my last paycheck on Friday 3/20. I will not have the balance until next week.."
