Right now I am still a customer.But I would like to talk to you about your customer service. I signed up for I was charged $5.00 for wi- fi that was in my contract I did not have. also I was said to have 300 meg internet and now I find out it is only 200 meg internet. I am 65 and somethings I take for granted by the integrity of the company. It is my mistake but you guys need to be more forth right and honest.I am reaching out to you before I leave your service that's only fair I hope you take the time to read this because this is all I can do
