Tom - you must have ice water running through your veins. We had a good company [Brighthouse] for cable and most of us were happy with their services. They cared about their customers and it showed. Some of us had 'loyalty' discounts for being long-time customers. I was one of them. That was not honored by spectrum. spectrum spends LOTS of our $ on constant tv commercials, so you have to get the costs for that somewhere, right? I hate spectrum and what it represents: corporate greed. I hope you have many sleepless nights knowing how your company screwed customers out of hard earned $. Many of my neighbors have dropped spectrum and more are planning to. The only positive note I have is the service people who come to my home. All of them are good and care about customers. Some of them have said they take a lot of abuse from unhappy spectrum customers. Good job, Tom.
