Very poor service. Made many (9) calls to company and tech support. They are not taking care of my service needs. Please review last 9 service calls I have made. Still having problems such as tv freezing-fluttering-no sound. Keep sending techs out - techs do not show up on time/ always 1-2 hours late. I do not receive proper credit when tv has not been working properly. Please call me immediately. I am on the verge of quitting charter and going to Direct tv unless these problems are resolved. Please contact me. Your employees continue to play telephone games with me and no results.
