We are writing to tell you about mistreatment by the Florida branch of your service. They have taken advantage of our Deaf/autistic 39 yr.-old daughter by increasing her bill to $188 per month over less than 2 years of service. We are trying (at 80 and 78) to establish some long term stability in her life, and radical arbitrary changes without explanation produces unnecessary stress to her fight with fear produced by both her conditions. She now thinks that moving will "save" her! (completely out of the question as a solution given her Section 8/Social Security financial situation). We are struggling with finding an alternative, presently, but wanted you to know how she "fell between the cracks" and was trying to keep this from us out of fear that she was somehow in trouble. Your services are the only means of communication, in particular, she has as a Deaf person, and would be lost without it.
