Georgia Osterman sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
We have been Charter spectrum for so many years I can not even remember when we first started. I have to say I am so frustrated with our local service people. I went in to check why our bill had increased. Also a charge I did not understand. I was told because our internet was not working very well we needed a new box. I at this time ask to have our modem moved from upstairs to downstairs. When the tech came he said it would not make a difference. So we just got a new box. I question the box that I was charged for. I told the young lady we did not get it. She did not believe me. Then called the tech. Well okay I can understand that. But when she found out I was telling the truth. I was told she could not get a credit. I also asked for a possible promo deal. Again I was told there was nothing she could so even though a friend had gotten a promo at 20.00 less than I am paying. I then said I was still having trouble with the internet. Was told I needed the new box. I then said that is what I was just charged for. Well we can send a tech out. There were two young ladies in the office. They both were both so rude. I left telling them they were rude and perhaps should work on their customer service skills. They both started to laugh. As I was leaving another customer was going in. I preceded to another stop. The same customer followed me in. I was still very angry. I begin to tell her what had happen. She then preceded to tell me she just drops her bill off because of the people in the office as so rude. So you see it is not just me complaining. I really hope you will rectify this problem with these young ladies. It is customer like us that are paying their wages. I feel I should not be talked down too and treated with respect. I always believe I give respect if I get respect. I did NOT get that in your Sprectrum office in Ironwood Michigan
