Debbie Skinnr sent a message to Thomas Rutledge that said:
We have contacted your customer"no" servuce regarding the constant pixelation on ABC, NBC and CBS. This has been occuring for over a month. The answer for repair was no one has any idea when it can or will be corrected. This problem has to be sent "higher up". Our prices are going up again with worse service. Can anyone help? Sure wish we had some choices for this service than Spectrum. Please contact me regarding your solution.
