Wow this digital transition has been a nightmare. First we had no choice if we wanted to keep service. Customer 11 years of Bright House and never had this amount of problems. Also when you call in people on the other end say no issues in this area then tech come and says whole street out. Problems in the line. Don't know how to fix. Phone people & techs not talking or reporting things to each other. Other friends switched over the past few months & sorry they did. I'm missing channels and pixelating yet you demand payment each month & not getting service paid for. Very disappointed. Thank you.
