Accountability! Attempting to make a warranty claim on 2019 exterior architectural stain, custom tint for my deck approximately a year. Stain peeling and rotting boards. Today's phone call was horrific. Specialist asked to talk with my husband, insulted me rudely when I declined and asked to escalate to a manager. He said no and hung up. I have photos, original stain cans, receipt, Sherwin Williams recommend contractor who applied the stain. I need help, please.
