As being a commercial and residential remodeler, there are certain crafts can be handled by many with relative ease(tools, setup, start/stop) expense and skillsets....painting (vs crafts such as carpentry, flooring, drywall etc). My suggestion would be to heavily advertise now that most families can have an activity 1) that can be "family" project or surprise project if single 2) increase the homes value 3) occupy time during this social distancing 4) Very little risk by paying by cc/phone, delivery to front door, 5) people feel better during this time of solitude.
Myself, we are at our vacation home and deciding on some new colors for our 7 yr old home. Positing on facebook, we got a tremendous response in hours for a choice which showed many are â¦..sitting around on facebook and interested. Myself, I have been buying multifamily recently and during some "HGTV" type renovations, which gave me the idea to do some work at home since we are asked to "stay home" . I would make this an " opportunity" event for homeowners to accomplish something while at home. Just a thought...
