Hello. I am disappointed that it is so incredibly difficult to communicate with your corporate office. I have attempted to reach your district manger for my area and have found it equally as frustrating. I am a registered nurse and a clinical supervisor in an especially busy hospital since Covid 19 has disrupted all of our lives. A product was recommended to me by the manager of the CMCH , NJ store and has in short order become covered in mildew. A consultant was sent out and said I should have used a different product and I would have to remove it and start over. I have attempted twice to reach the store manager and have gotten zero response. I am hopeful that your company will have to resolve this issue. Cynthia Raffaele BSN,RN,CHPN-BC
