My apologies to resort to emailing you as I know you are a busy man.
With no accountability from the district manager in Monroe Michigan, I must reach out to you to say, i have always had the best customer service and product from Sherwin Williams, in my 31 years working in customer service and 59 years of experiencing customer service - good bad indifferent including above and beyond this experience was appalling to say the least and tarnishes the brand of Sherwin Williams that I know.
i had an incorrect order and returned to the store to get the correct roller brushes, calling ahead of time, the customer service rep was not happy of the exchange to the point that when I arrived and due to covid can not go into the store, " he came outside and literally threw the rollers at my truck!
Mr. Morikis there is no more that I can say than that. Who would like to be treated that way???
