Dear Mdm Chua(CEO),
I am dropping this email to you is after many failed attempts from singtel to install a tel line to my restaurant despite in operation since 6th Nov 2015.
The reason given was in a shopping mall where all ceilings are with false ceiling your guys are not able to run the tel line to my units. We are not asking them to conceal the wiring inside our unit and how on earth our contractor if any knew where to tap and run the tel line to our unit?
Becos of this, we are unable to activate both the NETS and credit card services and we have been seeing customers walking off complaining without such services.It was really an embarassment for a restaurant at Orchard Road The CentrePoint unit #01-59/62, without such services. Even a laundry shop there has a tel line. The tel no. was furnished to us since 2 weeks ago was 67342840. The hotline kept giving me false promises that they will call back in 30 minutes but failed and also failed to turn up last sat between 11am-1pm to assess the site condition. I am writing to you madam is to raise to your attention the quality and productivity that the ministers are emphasizing and the least I expected of such poor service is from Singtel. We are all singtel subscribers for decades. I hope and appreciate our frustration is not being ignored again and appreciate your expeditious instructions to your team to resolved this minoe technical installation. It could be minor to them but it meant losing income from our business.
