Thank you for taking the time to read this, I am extremely frustrated with the frequency of my father\'s home line breaking down and the number of times I had to call Singtel for servicing. The last time, around 2 weeks ago was said to be the final, with a cable change, but the line got affected again. At 92 years, my father has to use a handphone which is difficult for him. I would appreciate some proper attention to this and do not wish to keep calling Singtel for servicing every few months as it is becoming a pattern!
